For the coming months I've decided to continue the book discussion of The Mask of Masculinity which is a book about how men can embrace vulnerability, create stong relationships and live their fullest lives.

Chapter 1, The Stoic Mask

I want to explore one chapter per month and have some personal discussions around what Lewis Howes has shared in his book.

As well as discuss other current events and whatever happens to be current in our lives.

I help men Ignite Their Life and be more EMOTIONAL, AUTHENTIC & CONNECTED. This brotherhood is a safe space where men can be honest and vulnerable. 

It's important as men to come together to support each other, share ideas, struggles and wins! 

Some of the conversations we have are everyday struggles ranging from financial and marital stress's, struggles with disease/depression to what’s going on in world today. 

IGNITE YOUR LIFE BROTHERHOOD is a space for men to come for support and others to be support!
